HomeMy WebLinkAbout497 - ADMIN Resolution - City Council - 1957/11/11321 Resolution No. 497 Adopted November 11, 1957 RESOLUTION GRAN TING PERMIT UNDER SECTION 10.1 OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK WHEREAS, application has been made to the City Council by The Talmud Torah of Minneapolis for permit under Section 10.1 of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of St. Louis Park for the following purpose: Use of E 826.24 feet of the N 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/)4 Section 18, Township 117, Range lying West of the E 165 feet thereof for private school and WHEREAS, the Council has considered the advices and recommendations of the Planning Commission and the effect of the proposed use on the health, safety and welfare of the occupants of the surrounding lands, existing traffic conditions, including parking facilities on adjacent streets, azd the effect on values and properties in the surrounding area, therefore BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park that it is hereby determined that the said proposed use will not be detrimental to the health, safety or public welfare of the occupants of surrounding lands, nor will it cause serious traffic congestion, nor hazards, nor will it serious- ly depreciate surrounding property values, and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that permit be hereby granted to the applicant for the purpose above set forth. LOUIS PARK WHEREAS, application has been made to the City Council by James Zein for permit under Section 10.3 of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of St. Louis Park for the following purpose: 241 x 171 ground sign on premises at NE corner of Wooddale Avenue and West Lake Street now owned by Mabel A. Christy and WHEREAS, the Council has considered the algypoesocondovecarsztenclactitents effect of the proposed use on the health, safety and welfare of the occupants of the surrounding lands, existing traffic conditions, including parking facilities on adjacent streets, and the effect on values and properties in the surrounding area, therefore BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park that it is hereby determined that the said proposed use will not be detrimental to the health, safety or public welfare of the occupants of surrounding lands, nor will it cause serious traffic congestion, nor hazards, nor will it seriously depreciate surrounding property values, and
