Fernstrom Mayor Attest: Joseph Justad City Clerk Resolution No. 493 Adopted November 4, 1957 ORDERING CONSTRUCTION OF PERMANENT IMPROVEMENTS IN MINNEHAHA GABLES SECOND ADDITION WHEREAS, the City Council has met at the time and place specified in the notice published in the St. Louis Park Dispatch October 24 & 31, 1957, relating to the public improvements hereinafter described and has heard all interested persons appearing at said meeting and has secured from 'the City Engineer a report advising it in a preliminary way that each proposed im- 318 Resolution No. 193 - continued provement is feasible, and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with other improvements, and the estimated cost of the improvements, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park that the following public improvements be hereby ordered in accordance with plans and specifications which have been prepared by the City Engineer and filed with the City Clerk, and which are hereby approved. Impr. No. 57-67 Installation and construction in all public streets dedicated in Minnehaha Gables Second Addition of water main, storm sewer, grading, graveling and sur- facing of streets, sod planting, tree planting, san- itary sewer, curb and gutter, and sidewalk. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said water main, storm sewer, grading, graveling and surfacing of streets, sod and tree planting, shall be done under contract with the subdivider, at no expense to the City, which has previously been authorized by the City Council, and that the City Clerk shall advertise for bids for said sanitary sewer, curb and gutter, and sidewalk, at such time as the City Manager shall direct upon determination that the streets of the subdivision have been graded and are ready for said improvements to be constructed.
