DISCLAIMING PUBLIC INTEREST IN
PRIVATE ALLEY
WHEREAS, Gerhardt W. Haerle, 7600 Minnetonka Boulevard, has requested
the City Council to determine by resolution the status of an alley created by
private easement over the North 14 feet of the South 183 feet of the Si of SW
of SWC, Section 8, Township 117, Range 21, and it appears that said alley is
a private easement reserved by the grantor in deed recorded in Book 1872 of
Deeds, page 461, and that there has never been any dedication or conveyance
of said driveway as a public alley, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park that
the City of St. Louis Park hereby disclaims any right, title or interest in
the premises above described as a public street or alley

Resolution No. 490 Adopted October 28, 1957
RESOLUTION GRANTING PERMIT
UNDER SECTION 10.3 OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK
WHEREAS, application has been made to the City Council by James
Zien for permit under Section 10.3-25, 10.3-27 and 10.5 of the Zoning Ordin-
ance of the City of St. Louis Park for the following purpose: Special per
mit to locate a drive-in food establishment within 200 feet of a Resident-
ial District and within 300 feet of a public school at Dakota Avenue and
West Lake Street and
WHEREAS, the Council has considered the advices and recommendations
of the Planning Commission and the effect of the proposed use on the health,
safety and welfare of the occupants of the surrounding lands, existing traffic
conditions, including parking facilities on adjacent streets, and the effect
on values and properties in the surrounding area, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park
that it is hereby determined that the said proposed use will not be detri-
mental to the health, safety or public welfare of the occupants of surround-
ing lands, nor will it cause serious traffic congestion, nor hazards, nor will
it seriously depreciate surrounding property values, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that permit be hereby granted to the applicant
for the purpose above set forth.
