AMENDING ASSESSMENT RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the City Council heretofore adopted a Resolution September
15, 1952, levying assessment for sanitary sewer Improvement No. 52-207, and
WHEREAS, said resolution included an assessment against Lot 8, Block
7, Park Manor, in'the sum of $260.00, representing the assessable_cost of said
sewer against said property, and it now appears that the residence constructed
on said premises prior to the construction of said sewer is at a grade below
the grade of said sewer in the adjacent street, and that the owner of said
property will be required to install special equipment in order to make use
of said sewer at a cost of approximately $$100.00, and
WHEREAS, the City Attorney has advised the Council that said assess-
ment to the extent of the cost of the special equipment required by this pro-
perty owner exceeds the benefit to the property in question, and the Council
desires to correct the resulting inequality ti said assessment, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park
that the assessment resolution heretofore adopted levying the assessment above
referred to be hereby amended to provide for assessment against the tract here-
in described for sanitary sewer Improvement No. 52-207 as follows:
