HomeMy WebLinkAbout467 - ADMIN Resolution - City Council - 1957/09/23294 Resolution No. 467 Adopted September 23, 1957 ORDERING SIDEWALK CONSTRUCTION WHEREAS, the City Council has met at the time and place specified in the notice published in the St. Louis Park Dispatch August 22 and 29, 1957, relating to the public improvements hereinafter described and has heard all interested persons appearing at said meeting, action on a portion of the im- provement having been deferred to this meeting, and has secured from the City Engineer a report advising it in a preliminary way that each proposed improve- ment is feasible, and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with other improvements, and the estimated cost of the improvements, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park that the following public improvements be hereby ordered in accordance with plans and specifications which have been prepared by the City Engineer and filed with the City -Clerk, and which are hereby approved. SIDEWALK Improvement No. 57-58 North side of Cedar Lake Road from Flag Avenue to W. 25th St. Adopted by the City Council September 23, 1957. R. C. Fernstrom Mayor Attest: Joseph Justad City Clerk Resolution No. 468 Adopted September 23, 1957 RESOLUTION GRANTING PERMIT UNDER SECTION 10.3 OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK WHEREAS, application has been made to the City Council by Naegele Out- door Advertising Company for permit under Section 10.3 and 10.5 of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of St. Louis Park for the following purpose: for special permit for erection of a 65' x 7' (455 sq. ft.) sign at 4201 Minnetonka Boule- vard (Milk House) and WHEREAS, the Council has considered .tlia and—recomendati-ons- of- 4liguR.anxLis %turmula i.on. the effect of the proposed use on the health, safety and welfare of the occupants of the surrounding lands, existing traffic conditions, including parking facilities on adjacent streets, and the effect on values and properties in the surrounding area, therefore BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park that it is hereby determined that the said proposed use will not be detrimental to the health, safety or public welfare of the occupants of surrounding lands, nor will it cause serious traffic congestion, nor hazards, nor will it seriously depreciate surrounding property values, and
