HomeMy WebLinkAbout462 - ADMIN Resolution - City Council - 1957/09/16290 Resolution No. 462 Adopted September 16, 1957 ORDERING 2" BITUMINOUS STREET SURFACING WHEREAS, the City Council has met at the time -and place specified in the notice published in the -St. Louis Park Dispatch August 29 and -September 5, 1957, relating to the public improvements hereinafter described and has heard all interested -persons appearing at said meeting and has secured from the City Engineer a report advising -it in a preliminary way that each proposed improve- ment is feasible, and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with other improvements, and the estimated cost of the improvements, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park that the following public improvements be hereby ordered in accordance with plans and specifications which have been prepared by the City -Engineer and filed with the City Clerk, and which are hereby approved, and the City Clerk is -hereby directed to advertise for bids which will be opened by the City Man- ager September 30, 1957 at 10 a.m. 2" BITUMINOUS SURFACING OF THE FOLLOWING STREETS: Impr. No. 57-59 W. 42nd St. from Ottawa Ave. to 280 feet east 57-60 W. 422 St. from Princeton Ave. to Ottawa Ave. east 57-61 Ottawa Avenue from W. 422 St. to Morningside Road R. C.
