RESOLUTION APPROVING SECURITIES
FOR COLLATERAL FROM CITIZENS STATE BANK
OF ST. LOUIS PARK, MINNESOTA
WHEREAS; the Citizens State Bank of St. Louis Park -has -presented as
collateral $200,000.00 U. S. Treasury Notes 1 7/8% due February 15, 1959.
BE IT RESOLVED, that the -Treasurer be authorized -to -accept said
securities as collateral and that said collateral be deposited with the Mar-
quette National Bank of Minneapolis for safe keeping.

RESOLUTION CANCELING 1957 TAX LEVY FOR
OCTOBER 1, 1948 SERIES BONDS, MATURITY
IN YEAR 1958
-WHEREAS, it appears 'to the -City Council- that- there- is a sufficient sum
Of -Monies in the -Debt Service (Special Assessment Bond) Fund No. 25.1 to pay
principal and interest on the October 1, 1948 Series bonds maturing in the
year 1957, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED that the 1957 levy for payment of said principal and in-
terest contained in the resolution adopted October 9, 1950`is hereby canceled in
the sum of $25;746.00, and -the City Clerk is -hereby instructed -to -send a copy of
this resolution to the County Auditor of Hennepin County, Minnesota.

RESOLUTION CANCELING 1957 TAX LEVY FOR
JANUARY 1, 1953 SERIES WATER TANK BONDS
MATURITY IN YEAR 1958
WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council that there is a- sufficient stun
of monies in the Water Utility Fund to pay the principal and interest on the
January 15, 1953 series Water Tank Bonds maturing in the year 1958, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED -that the levy for payment of'said principal and interest
Contained in resolution adopted December 15, 1952-i6 hereby canceled in the sum
of $19,404.00, -and the City Clerk is hereby instructed to send a copy of this
resolution to the County Auditor of Hennepin County, Minnesota.
