Resolution No. 453 Adopted September 9, 1957
ORDERING CURB AND GUTTER CONSTRUCTION
WHEREAS, the City -Council has met at the time and place specified in
the notice published in the St. Louis Park Dispatch August 22 and 29, 1957, re-
lating to the public improvements hereinafter described and has heard all in-
terested persons appearing at said meeting and has secured from the City Engin-
eer a report advising it in a preliminary way that each proposed -improvement is
feasible, and as to whether it should best be made as proposed -or in connection
with other improvements, and the estimated cost of the improvements,
THEREFORE, BE IT -RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Louis
Park that the following public improvements be hereby ordered in accordance
with plans and specifications which have been prepared by the City Engineer and
filed with the City Clerk, and which are hereby approved.

ORDERING 2" BITUMINOUS SURFACING
WHEREAS, -the City Council has met at the time and place specified in
the notice published in the St. -Louis Park -Dispatch August 22 and -29, 19573 -re-
lating to the public improvements hereinafter described and has heard all inter-
ested persons appearing at said meeting and has secured from the City Engineer
a report advising it in a preliminary way that each proposed improvement is
feasible, and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or'in connection
with other improvements, and the estimated cost of the improvements,
THEREFORE, -BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. -Louis
