R.; thence SWly along said main track to the point of beginning at the Hopkins -St. Louis Park boundary. Resolution No. 150 Adopted August 26, 1957 RESOLUTION GRANTING PERMIT UNDER SECTION 10.3 OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK $030,600.00 WHEREAS, application was made to the City Council by Liebenberg & Kaplan, architects, for permit under Section 10.3 of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of St. Louis Park, for the following purposes: To construct a Presbyterian church on Lots 14 through 19, Block 1, Westwood Hills First Addition, and WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 175, adopted November 7, 1955, the City Council did grant permission to the applicant for the purposes above set forth, and WHEREAS, application is made at this time by The Peace Presbyterian Church for the purpose of constructing a Presbyterian church upon Lots 12 through 19, Block 1, Westwood Hills First Addition, and Lots 16, 17 and 18, Block 3, Westwood Hills First Addition, WHEREAS, the Council has considered the advices and recommendations of the Planning Commission and the effect of the proposed use on the health, safety and welfare of the occupants of surrounding lands, existing traffic conditions including parking facilities on adjacent streets, and the effect on values of properties in the surrounding area, therefore BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park that it is hereby determined that the said proposed use will not be detrimental to the health, safety or public welfare of the occupants of surrounding lands, nor will it cause serious traffic congestion, nor hazards, nor will it seri- ously depreciate surrounding property values; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Resolution No. 175, adopted November 7, 1955, be amended and superseded by this resolution; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that permit be hereby granted to the appli- cant for the purposes above set forth.
