Resolution No. 439 Adopted August 19, 1957 LEVYING SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS WHEREAS, the City Council has met at the time and place specified in the notice of assessment published pursuant to Resolution No. 121 in the St. Louis Park Dispatch July 25, 1957, and has held a public hearing on each assessment described in said notice and passed upon all objections thereto, therefore BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park that the proposed assessments on file in the office of the City Clerk covering the cost of each of the following described improvements be hereby adopted and shall constitute a special assessment against the lands named therein in the respective amounts therein set forth, which assessment, with accruing inter- est thereon, shall be a lien upon the property included therein concurrent with general taxes payable in such equal annual installments as hereinafter Resolution No. 139 - continued respectively specified, the first of which installments shall be payable con- currently with taxes levied in the year 1957 and payable in the year 1958. Drive -Hwy. #7 to Lake St. Edgebrook Drive from existing,main_to Brookview Drive 55-17 W. 35th St. from Aquila Avenue to Boone Avenue Resolution No. 440 Adopted August 19, 1957 RELATING TO PARTICIPATING IN RURAL HENNEPIN COUNTY NURSING DISTRICT Wim, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sections 145.08 and 145.12 provision has been made for a public health nursing district in that portion of Hennepin County outside the City of Minneapolis, and WHEREAS, pursuant to such authority such a public health nursing district has been organized and has been in operation for several years, and WHEREAS, it is deemed necessary to continue the operation of such nursing district and to provide it with adequate funds for its proper operation, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park that this political subdivision continue to be included in the public health nursing district of rural Hennepin County, organized on January 4, 1952; that it participate in the benefits thereof; and that it agrees to support on an apportionment basis its pro rata share of the cost of the admin- istration of such district provided, however, that for the period January 1, 1958 to December 31, 1960, this cost shall not exceed in any one year $G.47 per capita on the basis of the official 1950 Federal Census. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this resolution shall be deemed an agree- ment to continue to participate in such nursing district on the basis herein- before specified with all other political subdivisions adopting similar resol- utions.
