Resolution No. 435 Adopted August 12, 1957
RESOLUTION SETTING HEARING ON WATERMAIN IMPROVEMENT
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has filed his preliminary report with the
Council dated August 6, 1957, together with estimated cost for the following.
Watermain Improvements, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council, that the Clerk be directed to
publish notice of hearing to be held at the Council Meeting September 9, 1957
on the following proposed Watermain Improvement:

57-53 Westwood Hills Drive from Texas Avenue
to North End North of Westwood Hills
Curve $12,286.50
The area proposed to be assessed to be the adjacent lots and tracts
of land.

WHEREAS, the City -Engineer has filed his preliminary report with the
Council dated August 8, 1957, together with estimated cost for the following -
Curb & Gutter Improvement therefore
BE IT RESOLVED by the City -Council, that the Clerk be directed to
publish notice of hearing to be held at the Council Meeting September 16, 1957
on the following proposed Curb and Gutter Improvement:

57-57 Gettysburg Avenue in Aretz 4th Addition
and adjacent to Lot 3, Block 1, and
