ORDERING WATERMAIN & BIJMINOUS STABILIZED BASE CONSTRUCTION
WHEREAS, the City Council has met at the time and place specified in
the notice published in the St. Louis Park Dispatch August 1 & 8, 1957, relating
to the public improvements hereinafter described and has heard all interested
persons appearing at said meeting and has secured from the City Engineer a
report advising it in a preliminary way that each proposed improvement is
feasible, and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connect-
ion with other improvements, and the estimated cost of the improvements,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Louis
Park that the following public improvements be hereby ordered in accordance with
plans and specifications which have been prepared by the City Engineer and filed
with the City Clerk, and which are hereby approved, and the City Clerk is here-
by directed to advertise for bids which will be opened by the City Manager.

AMENDING ASSESSMENT RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the City Council heretofore adopted a Resolution June 9, 1952
levying assessment for water main Improvement No. 51-18, and also adopted a
Resolution August 10, 1953 levying assessment for sanitary sewer, Improvement
No. 52-308, and
WHEREAS, it appears that through inadvertence in computation of the
frontage assessable to the premises known as 31419 Aquila Avenue ad assessment
was levied on the basis of 1140 feet at $9.50 per front foot for a total of
$1,330.50 for said sewer, and
WHEREAS, the correct footage should have been 130 feet at $9.50 per
front foot, or $1,235.50, and
