RESOLUTION NO. 407 Adopted June 17, 1957
ORDERING WATER MAIN CONSTRUCTION AND BITUMINOUS
STABILIZED BASE
WHEREAS, the City Council has met at the time and place specified in
the notice published in the St. Louis Park Dispatch June 6 and 13, 1957, re-
lating to the public improvements hereinafter described and has heard all
interested persons appearing at said meeting and has secured from the City
Engineer a report advising it in a preliminary way that each proposed improve-
ment is feasible, and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in
connection with other improvements, and the estimated cost of the improvements.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Louis
Park that the following public improvements be hereby ordered in accordance
with plans and specifications which have been prepared by the City Engineer and
filed with the City Clerk, and which are hereby approved, and the City Clerk is
hereby directed to advertise for bids which will be opened by the City Manager
July 17, 1957.

cent to the streets and avenues above described where the improvements are to be
made.

UNDER SECTION 10.3 OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK
WHEREAS, application has been made to the City Council by ASSEMBLY OF
GOD CHURCH for permit under Section 10.3-33 of the Zoning Ordinance of the City
of St. Louis Park for
Use of Lots One (1) and Two (2), except the East One Hundred
Thirty-five (135) feet of each and that part of Lot Eight
(8) which lies East of traveled road now traversing said Lot
Eight (8), and known as Texas Avenue as of this date, together
with that portion of any street or alley adjacent to either
