HomeMy WebLinkAbout407 - ADMIN Resolution - City Council - 1957/06/17235 RESOLUTION NO. 407 Adopted June 17, 1957 ORDERING WATER MAIN CONSTRUCTION AND BITUMINOUS STABILIZED BASE WHEREAS, the City Council has met at the time and place specified in the notice published in the St. Louis Park Dispatch June 6 and 13, 1957, re- lating to the public improvements hereinafter described and has heard all interested persons appearing at said meeting and has secured from the City Engineer a report advising it in a preliminary way that each proposed improve- ment is feasible, and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with other improvements, and the estimated cost of the improvements. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park that the following public improvements be hereby ordered in accordance with plans and specifications which have been prepared by the City Engineer and filed with the City Clerk, and which are hereby approved, and the City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise for bids which will be opened by the City Manager July 17, 1957.
