Resolution No. 106 Adopted June 17, 1957 ORDERING SIDEWALK CONSTRUCTION WHEREAS, the City Council has met at the time and place specified in the notice published in the St. Louis Park Dispatch June 6 and 13, 1957, relating to the public improvements hereinafter described and has heard all interested persons appearing at said meeting and has secured from the City Engineer a re- port advising it in a preliminary way that each proposed improvement is feas- ible, and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with other improvements, and the estimated cost of the improvements, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City -Council of the City of St. Louis - Park that the following public improvements be hereby ordered in accordance with plans and specifications which have been prepared by the City Engineer and filed with the City Clerk, and which are hereby approved, and the City Clerk is here- by directed to advertise for bids which will be opened by the City Manager July 3, 1957.
