Resolution No. 392 Adopted May 20, 1957 RESOLUTION APPROVING SECURITIES FOR COLLATERAL FROM NORTHWESTERN NATIONAL BANK OF MINNEAPOLIS, MINNESOTA WHEREAS, the Northwestern National Bank of Minneapolis has assigned the following Securities in Lieu of Bond by Public Depositories, 196/ $200,000.00 United States Treasury Bonds of 1963, 2 1/2% due i/l„ fhf August 15, 1963, as evidenced by trust receiptgof Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis. 56-7 7� Ge.L s- / `yJ 7 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the assignment date May 16, 1957 be approved, and that the Treasurer be authorized to accept said securities as collateral and that said collateral be deposited with the Federal Reserve Bank,of Minneapolis for safe keeping. Resolution No. 393 Adopted May 27, 1957 RESOLUTION GRANTING PERMIT UNDER SECTION 10.3 OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK WHEREAS, application has been made to the City Council by LeRoy Signs Incorporated for permit under Section 10.3 of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of St. Louis Park for the following purpose: 2.6' x 20, (50 sq. ft.) sign at 2350 -Highway 100 for Twin City Lino Service and WHEREAS, the Council has considered the advices and recommendations of the Planning Commission and the effect of the proposed use on the health, safety and welfare of the occupants of the surrounding lands, existing traffic conditions, including parking facilities on adjacent streets, and the effect on values and properties in the surrounding area, therefore BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park that it is hereby determined that the said proposed use will not be detrimental to the health, safety or public welfare of the occupants of surrounding lands, nor will it cause serious traffic congestion, nor hazards, nor will it seriously depreci- ate surrounding property values, and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that permit be hereby granted to the applicant for the purpose above set forth, upon payment of double sign permit fee.
