Resolution No. 379 - continued
1. Before the permit is effective that the applicant comply with
all the requirements established by the office of the State Fire
Marshall in report dated February 8, 1957, and the city of St.
Louis Park Fire Department.
2. That the proposed fire escape required by the Fire Marshall
be constructed in Such a manner that it blends with the present
building; that it be completely enclosed from ground to roof level;
and that the outside of it be'finished with asbestos shingles with
the same quality as is on the balance of the residence.
3. That there shall be no advertising signs on or about the
premises at any time.
4. That the permit is issued to Mrs. Mary K. Harris, personally,
and shall not be assignable.
5. Use of the premises restricted to eight boarders at any one
time.

RESOLUTION GRANTING PERMIT
UNDER SECTION 10.3 & 10.5 OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK
WHEREAS, application has been made to the City Council by Suburban
Sign Company for permit under Section 10.3 and 10.5 of the Zoning Ordinance
of the City of St. Louis Park for the following purpose: to erect a 24" x
42' (84 sq. ft.) sign at 6215 W. 36th Street and
WHEREAS, the Council has considered the advices and recommendations
of the Planning Commission and the effect of the proposed use on the health,
safety and welfare of the occupants of the surrounding lands, existing
traffic conditions, including parking facilities on adjacent streets, and
the effect on values and properties in the surrounding area, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park
that it is hereby determined that the said proposed use will not be detri-
mental to the health, safety or public welfare of the occupants of surround-
ing lands, nor will it cause serious traffic congestion, nor hazards, nor
will it seriously depreciate surrounding property values, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that permit be hereby granted to the applicant
for the purpose above set forth.
