HomeMy WebLinkAbout378 - ADMIN Resolution - City Council - 1957/03/111 RESOLUTION N0. 378 Adopted March 11, 1957 RESOLUTION GRANTING PERMIT UNDER SECTION 10.3 OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK WHEREAS, application has been made to the City Council by Meyers Out- door Advertising Company for permit under Section 10.3 of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of St. Louis Park for the following purpose: Special Zoning Exception to permit location of a sign, 10' x 16' (160 sq. ft.) at 6215 West 36th Street for Suburban Plumbing Supply Co. and WHEREAS, the Council has considered the advices and recommendations of the Planning Commission and the effect of the proposed use on the health, safety and welfare of the occupants of the surrounding lands, existing traffic conditions, including parking facilities on adjacent streets, and the effect on values and properties in the surrounding area, therefore BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park that it is hereby determined that the said proposed use will not be detrimental to the health, safety or public welfare of the occupants of surrounding lands, nor will it cause serious traffic congestion, nor hazards, nor will it seri- ously depreciate surrounding property values, and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that permit be hereby granted to the applicant for the purpose above set forth. Resolution No. 379 Adopted March 18, 1957 RESOLUTION GRANTING PERMIT UNDER SECTION 10.3 OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK WHEREAS, application has been made to the City Council by Mary K. Harris for permit under Section 10.2 of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of St. Louis Park for the following purpose: to operate a boarding care home as a home occupation at 3047 Toledo Avenue for a period of time not to exceed one year and WHEREAS, the Council has considered the advices and recommendations of the Planning Commission and the effect of the proposed use on the health, safety and welfare of the occupants of the surrounding lands, existing traffic con- ditions, including parking facilities on adjacent streets, and the effect on Values and properties in the surrounding area, therefore BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park that it is hereby determined that the said proposed use will not be detrimental to the health, safety or public welfare of the occupants of surrounding lands, nor will it cause serious traffic congestion, nor hazards, nor will it seri- ously depreciate surrounding property values, and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that permit be hereby granted to the applicant for the purpose above set forth, subject, however, to the following restrict- ions and conditions:
