Boone Avenue to Cedar Lake Road; thence westerly to a point approxi-
mately 500' west of Flag Avenue. Beginning at the point of intersect-
ion of Hampshire Avenue and Highway No. 12 southerly on Hampshire
Avenue to 16th Street; thence southeasterly along West 16th Street
and West 18th Street to a point midway between Edgewood Avenue and
Dakota Avenue; thence Southerly along Edgewood Avenue to a point
approximately 500' north of the Great Northern Railway. Beginning at
Ortler Pass and 16th Street; thence easterly on 16th Street to the east
city limits; thence southerly along the east city limits to France
Avenue; thence along France Avenue to Forest Road; thence along Forest
Road to Parklands Road; thence along Parklands Road, Cedarwood Road and
Parkwoods Road to the Belt Line; thence southerly along the Belt Line
to 26th Street extended; thence westerly along 26th Street and 26th
Street extended to Kentucky Avenue; thence southerly on Kentucky
Avenue to 27th Street; thence westerly to Louisiana Avenue; thence
southerly to 28th Street; thence westerly to Maryland Avenue.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that G. M. Orr Engineering Company be authorized
to proceed with preparation of plans and specifications for construction of
said sewer in accordance with agreement dated October 29, 1956.

RESOLUTION GRANTING PERMIT
UNDER SECTION 10.3 OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK
WHEREAS, application has been made to the City -Council by Schubert
Sign Company for permit under Section 10.3 and 10.5 of the Zoning Ordinance
of the City of St. Louis Park for the following purpose: Special Zoning Ex-
ception to permit location of sign 28' x 44" (101 sq. ft.) at 3986'Alabama
Avenue for American Provision Company and
WHEREAS, the Council has considered the advices and recommendations
of the Planning Commission and the effect of the proposed use on the health,
safety and welfare of the occupants of the surrounding lands, existing traffic
conditions, including parking facilities on adjacent streets, and the effect
on values and properties in the surrounding area, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park that
it is hereby determined that the said proposed use will not be detrimental to
the health, safety or public welfare of the occupants of surrounding lands,
nor will it cause serious traffic congestion, nor hazards, nor will it seri-
ously depreciate surrounding property values, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that permit be hereby granted to the applicant
for the purpose above set forth.
