TO CONNECT WITH WATER MAIN BE RESOLVED by the City Council that the Director of Public Works be authorized to issue permit to Forster Distributing Company to connect its office and warehouse located at in the Village of Golden Valley, with the City of St. Louis Park water main in Wayzata Boulevard approximately 300 feet from said premises, upon the following conditions which are to be accepted in writing by said Forster Distributing Co.: 1. The said Forster Distributing Co. shall pay to the City Treasurer the sum of $4,312 as a connection fee, representing the equivalent assessable cost of the existing water main serving said premises. 2. The said Forster Distributing Co. fee prescribed by ordinance. 3. The said Forster Distributing Co. connection. shall pay the regular tapping shall provide its own service 4. No other person shall be permitted to draw or use water from said service connection and said connection shall serve the said warehouse and office only. 5. The said Forster Distributing Company, and its successors and assigns to the said premises served by the said water main connection, shall be deemed at all times to accept and be governed by all ordinances, and rules and regulations of the Water Department of the City of St. Louis Park, and shall be obligated to pay for all water furnished to said premises from the water supply system of the City at such rates as shall be from time to time in effect and applicable to water furnished to non-residents of the City. Resolution No. 354 Adopted December 27, 1956 DESIGNATINNG LEGAL NEWSPAPER FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR 1957 BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park that the St. Louis Park Dispatch, a legal newspaper of general circulation in the City, be hereby designated as the official newspaper of the City in which shall be published such measures and matters as are by the laws of this State and the City Charter required to be published and such other matters as the Council may deem advisable and in the public interest to have published. 1 1 1
