APPROVING REPORT OF COMMITTEE ON COUNTY PARK DISTRICT WHEREAS, there has been furnished to the City Council a copy of a re- port of the Committee on County Park District to the League of Hennepin Towns and Municipalities, signed by R. C. Fernstrom as Chairman of the Committee, in which it is recommended that a Hennepin County Park District should be immediately activated and that there should be certain modifications in Chap- ter 806, Laws of Minnesota 1955, therefore BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park that said report be hereby approved and endorsed and that the City Clerk be directed to furnish a copy of this resolution to the Secretary of Hennepin Towns and Municipalities. Resolution No. 332 Adopted November 5, 1956 SETTING HEARING ON PROPOSED STREET IMPROVEMENT BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that the Clerk be directed to publish notice of hearing to be held at the Council meeting December 3, 1956, on the following proposed Improvement No. 56-91, application of stabilized base of the following streets: Aquila Avenue from 31st Street to Minnehaha Creek: 34th Street from Great Northern Railway spur to Aquila Lane, and Cavell Lane from Aquila Lane northwesterly to dead end. Resolution No. 333 Adopted November 5, 1956 SETTING HEARING ON RE -ASSESSMENT WHEREAS, the petition of Charles P. Howard and others has been filed with the City Council, requesting re -assessment of the cost of Water Main Improvement No. 54-91 as constructed in Forest Road and North Willow Lane, and the City Attorney having determined that one assessable lot was omitted in said assessment and inequalities exist in the allocation of the cost of said main to benefited property, and the City Assessor has prepared a pro- posed assessment roll for re -assessment of said project, therefore BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that the Clerk be directed to publish notice of re -assessment hearing to be held at the Council meeting December 3, 1956.
