RESOLUTION GRANTING PERMIT
UNDER SECTION 10.3 OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK
WHEREAS, application has been made to the City Council by Century
Products Company for permit under Section 10.3 of the Zoning Ordinance of the
City of St. Louis Park for the following purpose: Install a flatwise sign on
building at 5721 West 36th Street containing the name of the applicant, and
WHEREAS, the Council has considered the advices and recommendations
of the Planning Commission and the effect of the proposed use on the health,
safety and welfare of the occupants of the surrounding lands, existing traffic
conditions, including parking facilities on adjacent streets, and the effect
on values and properties in the surrounding area, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park that
it is hereby determined that the said proposed use will not be_detrimental
to the health, safety or public welfare of the occupants of surrounding lands,
nor will it cause serious traffic congestion, nor hazards, nor will it seriously
depreciate surrounding property values, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that permit be hereby granted to the applicant
for the purpose above set forth.

RESOLUTION LEVYING ASSESSMENTS FOR
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, the City Council has met at the time specified in notice of
assessment hearing published in the St. Louis Park Dispatch September 6, 1956,
relating to the proposed assessments hereinafter described, and has held a
separate public hearing on each of said proposed assessments and passed on all
objections thereto, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park that
the proposed special assessments covering the cost respectively of each of the
public improvements hereinafter described are hereby adopted and that the same
shall constitute a special assessment against the lands named therein in the
respective amounts therein set forth, which lands are found to be benefited in
said respective amounts, and with accruing interest thereon shall be alien
upon the respective properties described in said assessment concurrently with
general taxes, payable in such numbered equal annual installments as herein-
after specified, the first of which shall be payable concurrently with taxes
levied in the year 1956 and payable in 1957, deferred installments thereof'to
bear interest at the rate of 5% per annum from the date of this resolution.
The said assessments are payable in equal annual installments respectively
as follows:
