RESOLUTION ORDERING
CURB AND GUTTER CONSTRUCTION
WHEREAS, the City Council has met at the time and place specified
in the notice published in the St. Louis Park Dispatch July 19 and July 26,
1956, relating to the public improvements hereinafter described and has
heard all interested persons appearing at said meeting and has secured from
the City Engineer a report advising it in a preliminary way as to whether
each proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be
made as proposed or in connection with some other improvements, and the
estimated cost of the improvements:
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
St. Louis Park that the following curb and gutter improvements be hereby
ordered in accordance with plans and specifications which have been prepared
by the City Engineer and filed with the City Clerk:

RESOLUTION RE -ASSESSING TAR MAT PROJECT NO. 53-71
WHEREAS, the City Council has met at the time and place specified in a
notice puklished in the St. Louis Park Dispatch July 19, 1,956, published as
directed by,Resolution No. 260 adopted July 9, 1956, and has •at said time and
place conducted a public hearing,on proposed r_e-assessiirent for Tar Mat Project
No. 53-71 in Texas Avenue from Cedar Lake Road to Wayzata Boulevard, and
it appearing to the Council that the proposed re -assessment filed with the Clerk
has properly readjusted the cost of said project to reflect error resulting from
inaccuracy in the plat used by the Assessor in computing of the assessment,
therefore •
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park that
said re -assessment filed with the City Clerk be hereby adopted as a re -assessment
of said improvement and the City Clerk be hereby directed to certify a copy of
said re -assessment to the County Auditor who shall thereby be authorized to
substitute said re -assessment for the assessment previously adopted by the
City,Council on August 16, 1954.
