Resolution No. 263 Adopted July 16, 1956.
RESOLUTION SETTING HEARING ON
PROPOSED CURB AND GETTER CONSTRUCTION
RESOLVED by the City Council that the Clerk be directed to kublish notice of
hearing, to be held at the Council meeting July 30, 1956, on the following proposed
curb and gutter improvements:

56-47 East side of Dakota Ave. from W. 33rd St, to Mpls.
Northfield & Southern Ry. , estimated cost -$1910. 92.
56-48 East side of Colorado Ave. from W. 29th St. to Minnetonka
Blvd. , estimated cost $1409. 10.
56-49 West side of Dakota Ave. from W. 27th St. to W. 28th St. ,
estimated cost $1403. 60.
56-50 West side of Vernon Ave. from W. 25 1/2 St. to W. 26th St. ,
estimated cost $814. 00.
Adjacent property to be assessed.

RESOLUTION GRANTING PERMIT
UNDER SECTION 10. 3 OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK
WHEREAS, application has been made to the City Council by the SEVEN-UP
BOTTLING COMPANY for permit under Section 10. 3 of the Zoning Ordinance of
the City of St. Louis Park for the following purpose: to permit the location of a
9' x 11' ground mounted sign at 3712 Quebec Avenue (Wilsons s Drive -In) and
WHEREAS, the Co uncil has considered the advices and recommendations
of 'the Planning Commission and the effect of the proposed use on the health, safety
and welfare of the occupants of the surrounding lands, existing traffic conditions,
including parking facilities on adjacent streets, and the effect on values and pro-
perties in the surrounding area, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park that it is
hereby determined that the said proposed use will not be detrimental to the health,
safety or public welfare of the occupants of surrounding lands, nor will it cause
serious traffic congestion, nor hazzards, nor will it seriously depreciate surround-
ing property values, and
hcEitT FURTHER RESOLVED that permit be hereby granted to the applicant
for the purpose above set forth.
