Resolution No. 254 Adopted Duly 2, 1956
RESOLUTION ORDERING GRADING
WHEREAS the City Council has met at the time and place specified in the
notice published in the St. Louis Park Dispatch June 14 and 21, 1956, relating
to the public improvements hereinafter described and has heard all interested
persons appearing at said meeting and has secured from the City Engineer a report
advising it in a preliminary way as to whether each proposed improvement is fea-
sible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with
some other imrpovements, and the estimated cost of the improvements;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park
the Grading Improvements No. 56-40, Alley in Block 2, Rearrangement of St. Louid
Park be hereby ordered in accordance with plans and specifications which have been
prepared.by the City,Engineer and it appearing that the estimated cost is $394.63,
the Director of Public Works directed to cause the work to be done by day labor.

RESOLUTION ORDERING BITUMINOUS SURFACING OF STREETS
WHEREAS the City Council has met at the time and place specified in the
notice published in the St. Louis Park Dispatch June 14 and 21, 1956, relating
to the public improvements hereinafter described and has heard all interested
persons appearing at said meeting and has secured from the City Engineer a report
advising it in a preliminary way as to whether each proposed improvement is feas-
ible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with
some other improvements, and the estimated cost of the improvements;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Louis
Park that the following public improvements be hereby ordered in accordance with
plans and specifications which have been prepared by the City Engineer and filed
with the City Clerk, and the City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise for bids
which will be opened by the City Manager July 16, 1956.
