HomeMy WebLinkAbout252 - ADMIN Resolution - City Council - 1956/07/02140 1 Resolution No. 251 continued BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said fees will be payable monthly upon receipt of verified statements from the Auditor, provided, however, that 15% shall be retained by the City until the final audit report has been received and accepted by the City Council, and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Mr. Hansen shall accept the employment provided herein by letter to the City Council. Resolution No. 252 Adopted July 2, 1956 RESOLUTION ORDERING WATER MAIN EXTENSION WHEREAS the City Council has met at the time and place specified in the notice published in the St. Louis Park Dispatch June 21 and 28, 1956, relating to the public improvements hereinafter described and has heard all interested persons appearing at said meeting and has secured from the City Engineer a report advising it in a preliminary way as to whether each proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other im- provements, and the estimated cost of the improvements; THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park that the following public improvements be hereby ordered in accordance with plans and specifications which have been prepared by the City Engineer and filed with the City Clerk, and the City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise for bids which will be opened by the City Manager July 16, 1956. Improvement No. Location 56-45 Water main Extension in Edgewood Ave. from Dakota Ave. to West Franklin Ave; and in W.
