M. and 8 P. M.; and all property owners on the ODD SIDE of the street be permitted to sprinkle on the ODD DAYS, except between the hours of 4 P. M. and 8 P. M." Resolution No. 247 `Adopted June 11. 1956 SEWER CONSTRUCTION AND BITUMINOUS. SURFACING OF STREET WHEREAS the City Council has met at the time and place specified in the notice published in the St. Louis Park Dispatch May 31 and June 7, 1956, relating to the public improvements hereinafter described and has heard all interested persons appearing at said meeting and has secured from the City Engineer a report advising it in a preliminary way as to whether each proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvements, and the estimated cost of the improvements; THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park that the following public improvements be hereby ordered in accordance with the plans and specifications which have been prepared by the City Engineer and, filed with the City Clerk, and the City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise for bids which will be opened by the City Manager July 2, 1956. SEWER CONSTURCTION AND BITUMINOUS SURFACING OF STREET Impr. No - 56 -22 Construction of Sanitary Sewer in 44th Street between Dart.Avenue and Wooddale-Avenue, and resurfacing of said street with bituminous surfacing. i Resolution No. 248 Adopted June 18, 1956 RESOLUTION MODIFYING CONTRACT FOR GRADING AND SETTING HEARING FOR RE -ASSESSMENT WHEREAS, under date of July 6, 1954, a contract was entered into between the Village of St. Louis Park and Terry Bros. Inc. for Grading Improvement Nos. 54-26 and 54-27, and WHEREAS, adjacent troperty owners have requested that furnishing bituminous ,stabilized base for Improvement No. 54-27 be deleted from the contract and, the Contractor not having done said portion of the work)and being willing to delete the same and to substitute the furnishing of 420 square yards of 4" gravel at $1.10 per square yard, in accordance with the provisions of said contract; and WHEREAS, it appears to the Council that it is proper that the contract be so modified, and a's'sessment for the improvement adjusted accordingly, therefore Be IT RESOLVED by the JCity Council of the City of St. Louis Park that the Mayor and City Manager be authorized to enter into a contract with Terry Bros. Inc. Modifying said contract as above set forth, and BE IT FURTHER USOLVED that the Clerk publish notice of hearing on reassess- ment for said Improvement No. 54-27, in accordance with proposed assessment which has been prepared by the City Assessor and is on file in his office, said hearing to be held July 23, 1956.
