LOUIS PARK WHEREAS, application has been made to the City Council by Meyer Outdoor Advertising Company -for Ernie Jacobson for permit under Section 10.3 of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of St. Louis Park for the following purpose: TO USE PREMISES USED FOR PUBLIC DUMP AT WOODDALE AVENUE AND HIGHWAY #100 FOR ERECTION•AND MAINTENANCE OF TWO GROUND SIGNS ADVERTISING BLACK DIRT FOR SALE, ONE 3' x 30' & ONE 4' x 20' and WHEREAS; the Council has considered the advices and recommendations of the Planning Commission and the effect of the proposed use on the health, safety and welfare of the occupants of surrounding lands, existing traffic conditions, in- cluding parking facilities on adjacent streets, and effect on values and properties in the surrounding area, therefore e e BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park that it is hereby determined that the said proposed use mill not be detrimental to the health, safety or public welfare, to the occupants of surrounding lands, noryill it cause serious traffic congestion, nor hazards, nor will it seriously depreciate surround- ing property values, and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that permit be hereby granted to the applicant for the purpose elbove set forth. Resolution No. 218 Adopted February•27, 1956 RESOLUTION REFUNDING WATER MAIN L-90 ASSESSMENT WHEREAS it appears that on March 9, 1950, the full assessment for the above improvement was paid to the Village Treasurer in the amount of $71.96 (Receipt #2868); and WHEREAS the Bounty Auditor inadvertantly failed to remove said assessement from his rolls, thereby causing the following owner to pay said assessment on the 1953-54-55 (payable) tax statements; therefore BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park that the 1953, 1954, and 1955 installments of such assessment heretofore paid in the respective amounts set forth below be refunded to the property owner, and,, upon receipt of a signed verified claim and the paid tax statements, that the City Manager, the City Clerk, -and the City Treasurer be hereby authorized to issue a check in payment of such refund to the respectiv@ property owner.
