LOUIS PARK , WHEREAS,. application has been made to the City Council by Brede, Incorporated for permit under Section 10.3 of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of St. Louis Park for the following purpose: TO ERECT. TWO SIGNS, ONE 5/6" x 22/ and one 2316“ x 121 Flatwise on building at 5501 Excelsior Boulevard for First Federal Savings and Lban Association and WHEREAS, the Council has considered the effect of the proposed use on the health, safety and welfare of the occupants of -surrounding lands, existing traffic conditions, including parking facilities on adjacent streets, and effect on values and properties in the surrounding area, therefore BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park that it is hereby determined that the said proposed use will not be detrimental to the health, safety or public welfare, to the occupants of surrounding lands, nor will it cause serious traffic congestion, nor hazards, nor will it seriously depreciate surround- ing property values, and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that permit be hereby granted to the applicant for the purpose above set forth. LOUIS PARK WHEREAS, application has been made to the City Council by Meyers Outdoor Advertising Inc. for permit under Section 10.3 of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of St. Louis Park for the followiing purpose: TO ERECT TWO SIGNS, 514x 18/ (99 sq. ft.) flatwise on wall of building at 5100 Excelsior Boulevard for Anderson Cadillac, advertising its name only and WHEREAS, the Council has considered the effect of the proposed use on the health, safety and welfare of the occupants of -surrounding lands, existing traffic conditions, including parking facilities on adjacent streets, and effect on values and properties in_the surrounding area, therefore BE IT RESOLVED by,the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park that it is hereby determined that the said proposed use will not be detrimental to the health, safety or public welfare, to the occupants of surrounding lands, nor will it cause, serious traffic congestion, nor hazards, nor will it seriously depreciate surround- ing property values, and $E IT FURTHER RESOLVED thtt permit be hereby granted to the applicant for the purpose above set forth. 1 1 1
