Resolution No. 92 - continued
BE IT RESOLVED that the motion of the Council passed January 24, 1955,
canceling assessment for.said sewer connection be recinded and the claim of
Miss Appel be allowed in the sum of $100.00, and the Treasurer be authorized
to issue check in said amount.

At a duly authorized meeting of the City Council of St. Louis Park,
Minnesota the following resolution was moved by Councilman Hurd, and seconded
by Councilman Middleton, and adopted.by unanimous vote of all Members of the
Council present:
RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, plans for State Project No. 27-512-02 showing proposed alignment,
profiles, grades and cross sections, together with specifications and special
provisions for construction, reconstruction, improvement of State Aid Road #3
within the limits of the City as a Federal Aid Project have been prepared, and
presented to the City. Now therefore
BE IT RESOLVED that said plans, specifications and special provisions be
in all things approved, dated this 20th day of June, 1955.

On motion of Councilman Bolmgren, seconded by Councilman Middleton, the
following resolution, having been read by the %ecretary, was adopted by unan-
imous vote of all Members of the Council present:
RESOLUTION ORDERING WIDENING, GRADING AND SURFACING OF WEST
36th STREET
WHEREAS the City Council has met at the time and place specified in the
notice published in the St. Louis Park Dispatch June 16 and 23, 1955, relating
to the public improvements hereinafter described and has heard all interested
persons appearing at said meeting and has secured from the City Engineer a re-
port advising it in a preliminary way as to whether each proposed improvement is
feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection
with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvements as re-
commended, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park that the
following public improvements be hereby ordered in accordance withplans and
specifications which have been prepared by the City Engineer and filed with the
City Clerk, and the City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise for bids which
will be opened at the meeting of the Council July 11, 1955.
IMPROVEMENT N0. 55-48 - widening of West 36th Street from Aquila Avenue
east to a point midway between Zinran Avenue and Aquila Avenue by ac-
quisition of an additional 30 feet in order that there may be a full 60
foot right of way, and grading and bituminous surfacing of West 36th
Street from Zinran Avenue to Aquila Avenue.

On motion of Councilman Perkins, seconded by Councilman Davis, the follow-
ing resolution, having been read by the Secretary, was adopted by unanimous
vote of all Members of the Council present:
RESOLUTION
RESOLVED, that Citizen's State Bank of St. Louis Park as a designated
depository of the City of St. Louis Park be and it is hereby requested, authorized

and directed to honor checks, drafts or other orders for the payment of Money
drawn in this City's name, including those payable to the individual order of
any person or persons whose name or names appear thereon as signer or signers
thereof, when bearing or purporting to bear the facsimile signatures of all
three of the following: Tom Chenoweth, City Manager, Joseph Justad, Clerk,
and Mildred H. Melbourne, Treasurer, and Citizen's State Bank of St. Louis Park
shall be entitled to honor and to charge to this City for such checks, drafts,
or other orders, regardless of whom or by what means the actual or purported
facsimile signature or signatures thereon may have beenaffixed thereto, if such
signature or signatures resemble the facsimile specimens duly certified to or
filed with Citizens State Bank of St. Louis Park by the Clerk or ther officer
of this City.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that any and all resolutions heretofore adopted by
the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park and certified to Citizen's State
Bank of St. Louis Park as governing the operation of this City's account (s)
with it, be and are hereby continued in full force and effect, except as the
same may be supplemented or modified by the foregoing part of this resolution.

On motion of Councilman Middleton, seconded by Councilman Bolmgren, the
following resolution, having been read by the Secretary, was adopted by unan-
imous vote of all Members of the Council present:

RESOLVED that Northwestern National Bank of Minneapolis as a designated
depository of the City of St. Louis Park be and it is hereby requested, author-
ized and directed to honor checks, drafts or other orders for the payment of
money drawn in this City's name, including those payable to the individual order
of any person or person's whose name or names appear thereon as signer or signers
thereof, when bearing or purporting to bear the facsimile signatures of all three
of the following: Tom Chenoweth, City Manager, Joseph Justad, Clerk, and Mildred
H. Melbourne, Treasurer, and Northwestern National Bank of Minneapolis igaikR

ing or purporting to bear the facsimile signatures of all three of the following:
