HomeMy WebLinkAbout166 - ADMIN Resolution - City Council - 1955/10/1090 Resolution No. 165 Adopted October,10, 1955 On motion of Councilman Hurd, seconded by Councilman Jorvig, the following resolution (reading thereof having been waived by unanimous consent) was adopted by unanimous vote, of all Members of the Council present. RESOLUTION GRANTING PERMIT UNDER SECTION 10.3 OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK WHEREAS, application has been made to the City Council by Naegele Adv. Co. for permit under Section 10.3 of he Zoning Ordinance of the City of St. Louis Park for the following purpose: TO ERECT BILLBOARD FOR SWISS GORMET CENTER AT 7007 WALKER STREET. and WHEREAS, the Council has considered the advices and recommendations of the Planning Commission and the effect of the proposed use on the health, safety and welfare of the occupants of surrounding lands, existing traffic conditions, in- cluding parking facilities on adjacent streets, and effect on values and pro- perties in the surrounding area, therefore BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park that it is hereby determined that the said proposed use will not be detrimental to the health, safety or public welfare, to the occupants of surrounding lands, nor will it cause serious traffic congestion, nor hazards, nor will it seriously depreciate surrounding property values, and - BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that permit be hereby granted to the applicant for the purpose above set forth. Resolution No. 166 Adopted October 10, 1955 On motion of Councilman Middleton, seconded by Councilman Jorvig, the read- ing of the following resolution having been waived by unanimous consent, it was adopted by unanimous vote of all Members of the Council present. LOUIS PARK WHEREAS, application has been made to the City Council by Reliable Sign Erectors'for, permit under Section 10.3 of the Zoning Ordinanceiof the City of St. Louis Park for the following purpose: - TO ERECT 4 GROUND SIGNS IN A GROUP AT 6125 WAYZATA BOULEVARD AND 1 GROUND SIGN AT 6015 WAYZATA BOULEVARD. and WHEREAS, the Council has considered the advices and recommendations of the Planning Commission and the effect of the proposed use on the health, safety and welfare of the occupants of surrounding lands, existing traffic conditions, including parking facilities on adjacent streets, and effect on values and pro- perties in the surrounding area, therefore BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St.,Louis Park that it is hereby determined that the said proposed -use will not be detrimentalto the health, safety or public welfare, to 'the occupants of -surrounding lands,'nor will it cause serious traffic congestion, nor hazards, nor will it seriously depreciate surrounding property values; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that permit be hereby granted to the applicant for the purpose above set forth.
