WHEREAS, Creek Terrace, Inc. has made application for sanitary sewer connection
with a building now under construction for the International Business Machines Corpora-
tion, lying westerly of Minnehaha Creek and Excelsior Boulevard in the City of St.

than directly into the sanitary sewer system of the City of St. Louis Park, and
WHEREAS,_said City of Hopkins is willing to permit such connection on con-
dition that the volume of -sewage emptied into its sewer from said property shall

of St. Louis Park under the agreement for inter -connection of sewers entered into
between said cities on June 7; 1946, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park that the

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that if the City of Hopkins shall permit such conn-
ection, with a device satisfactory to the City Engineer, and subject to his

sewage which may be discharged into the sanitary sewer system of the City of St.
Louis Park from the sanitary sewer system of the City of Hopkins pursuant to the
agreement for inter -connection of sewers entered into between the Village (now
City) of St. Louis Park and the City of Hopkins on June 7, 1946.
