LOUIS PARK WHEREAS, -application has been made to the City Council by 0. J. Husby fi Sons for permit under Section 10.3 of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of St. Louis Park for the following purpose: Construction and use of Gasoline Service Station on the North -Side of Excelsior Blvd. between Glenhurst Avenue and France Avenue, West of Al's Liquor Store. and WHEREAS, the Council has considered the advices and recommendations of the Planning Commission and the effect of the proposed use on the health, safety and welfare of the occupants of surrounding lands,. existing traffic conditions, in- cluding parking facilities on adjacent streets, and effect on values and proper- ties in the surrounding area, therefore BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park that it is hereby determined that the said proposed use will not be detrimental to the health, safety or public welfare, to the occupants of surrounding lands, nor will it cause serious traffic congestion, nor hazards, nor will it seriously depreciate surround- ing property values, and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that permit be hereby granted to the applicant for the purpose above set forth. Resolution No. 145- Adopted September 19, 1955 On motion of Councilman Middleton, seconded by Councilman Hurd, resolution No. 145, ordering construction -of sanitary sewer, Improvement No. 55-55 -- in Colorado Avenue from 28th Street -to 29th Street, was adopted by unanimous vote of all Members of the Council present: RESOLUTION ORDERING SANITARY SEWER CONSTRUCTION WHEREAS the City Council has met at the time and place specified in the notice published in the St. Louis Park Dispatch September 8 and 15, 1955, re- lating to -the public improvements hereinafter described and has heatd all in- terested persons, appearing at said meeting and has secured from the City Eng- ineer a report advising it in a preliminary way as to whether_this proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvements, and the estimated cost of the improvements; THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park that the following public improvements be hereby ordered in accordance with plans and specifications which have been prepared by the City Engineer and filed with the City Clerk, -and the City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise for bids which will be opened by the City Manager October 10, 1955, at 10 a.m. Sanitary Sewer Construction Improvement No. 55-55 In Colorado Avenue from 28th St. to 29th St.
