ORDINANCE ADOPTING FEES FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2010
• THE CITY COUNCIL OF ST. LOUIS PARK ORDAINS:
Section 1. Fees called for within individual provisions of the City Code are hereby set
by this ordinance for calendar year 2010.
Section 2. The Fee Schedule as listed below shall be included as Appendix A of the City
Code and shall replace those fees adopted November 3, 2008 by Ordinance #2363-08 which is
hereby rescinded.

pleted each year to determine new fees and what it any
fees require adjustment This ordinance shall take effect
January 1, 2010
