LOUIS PARK ORDINANCE CODE RELATING TO ZONING BY AMENDING SECTIONS 36-142 AND 36-223 THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN: Findings Sec. 1. The City Council has considered the advice and recommendation of the Planning Commission (Case No. 08-42-ZA). Sec. 2. The St. Louis Park Ordinance Code, Sections 36-142 and 36-223 are hereby amended as follows. Section breaks are represented by ***. Sec. 36-142. Descriptions. *** (d) Commercial uses. The following are typical of the commercial uses referred to in this chapter. *** (30) Service means on-site service provided directly to an individual. This use includes barbershops, beauty shops, therapeutic massage, nail salon, laundromats, shoe repair shops, and dry cleaners where articles to be cleaned are picked up and delivered by the patron. This use excludes pawnshops. *** Sec. 36-223. 0 office district. *** (b) Permitted uses. The following uses are permitted in the 0 district, if the use complies with the office restrictions and performance standards of Section 36-222: (1) Parks and open spaces. (2) Police and fire stations. (3) Banks. IIII(4) Business and trade schools. (5) Printing process facilities. Ordinance No. 2369-09 -2- (6) Studios. (7) Transit stations. (8) Service. Sec. 3. The contents of Planning Case File 08-42-ZA are hereby entered into and made part of the public hearing record and the record of decision for this case. R Sec. 4. This Ordinance shall take effect fifteen days after its publication.
