LOUIS PARK ORDAINS: Section 1. Fees called for within individual provisions of the City Code are hereby set by this ordinance for calendar year 2008. Section 2. The Fee Schedule as listed below shall be included as Appendix A of the City Code and shall replace those fees adopted November 6, 2006 by Ordinance No. 2319-06 which is hereby rescinded and removes water and sewer charges as adopted on December 17, 2006 by Ordinance No. 2324-06.
