ORDINANCE NO. 2345-07
ORDINANCE ADOPTING FEES FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2008
THE CITY COUNCIL OF ST. LOUIS PARK ORDAINS:
Section 1. Fees called for within individual provisions of the City Code are hereby
set by this ordinance for calendar year 2008.
Section 2. The Fee Schedule as listed below shall be included as Appendix A of the
City Code and shall replace those fees adopted November 6, 2006 by Ordinance No. 2319-06
which is hereby rescinded and removes water and sewer charges as adopted on December 17,
2006 by Ordinance No. 2324-06.

This ordinance sets 2008 fees as outlined in Appendix A
of the City Code of Ordinances The fee ordinance is mod-
ified to reflect the cost of providing services and is com-
pleted each year to determine what, if any, fees require
adjustment This ordinance shall take effect January 1,
2008
