ORDINANCE NO. 2307-05
AN ORDINANCE VACATING UTILITY EASEMENT
ACROSS PORTION OF 3745 LOUISIANA AVENUE SOUTH
THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. A petition in wasting signed by a majority of all of the owners of all
property abutting upon both sides of the utility easement proposed to be vacated has been
duly filed. The notice of said petition has been published, in the St Louis Park Sailor, on
November 10, 2005, and the City Council has conducted a public hearing upon said
petition and has determined that the utility easement is not needed for public purposes,
and that it is for the best interest of the public that said utility easement be vacated.
Section 2. The following descnbed utility easement, as now dedicated and
laid out within the corporate limits of the City of St. Louis Park, is vacated:
A 30 foot underground utility easement being 15 feet on either side of and
measured at right angles to the north line of the following descnbed Parcel A,
together with the westerly 20 feet of the following described Parcel A (as
measured at right angles to the westerly line of said Parcel A) except the South 10
feet of the West 10 feet of said westerly 20 feet of the following described Parcel
A, which Parcel A is legally described as:
That part of Lot 2, which lies between the Easterly extensions of the north
and south lines of the South 30 feet of Lot 10 (as measured at nght angles
to the South line of said Lot 10), lying Westerly of the Easterly 10 feet
thereof; and
The South 30 feet of Lots 10 and 22 (as measured at nght angles to the
South line of said Lots 10 and 22); and
That part of the South 30 feet of Lot 33 (as measured at right angles to the
South line of said Lot 33) which lies Easterly of the following descnbed
line:
Beginning at a point on the Northerly line of Lot 33, distant 66 feet
(as measured along the Northerly line of said Lot 33) Easterly from
its Northwesterly corner, thence Southerly to a point on the
Northerly line of Lot 35, distant 61 feet (as measured along the
Northerly line of said Lot 35) Easterly from its Northwesterly
corner and there terminating;
0 all in Block 162, Rearrangement of St. Louis Park, according to the recorded plat
thereof.

Section 3. The City Clerk is instructed to record certified copies of this
ordinance in the Office of the Hennepin County Register of Deeds or Registrar of Titles
as the case may be.
