A petition in wasting signed by a majonty of all of the owners of all property abutting upon both sides of the street and alley proposed to be vacated has been duly filed. The notice of said petition has been published, in the St. Louis Park Sailor, on July 22, 2004, and the City Council has conducted a public hearing upon said petition and has determined that the street and alley is not needed for public purposes, and that it is for the best interest of the public that said street and alley be vacated Section 2 The following descnbed street and alley, as now dedicated and laid out within the corporate limits of the City of St Louis Park, is vacated Legal Description: That part of West 37TH Street, formerly known as Central Avenue East, as dedicated at the time of filing of the plat of "St. Louis Park Centre", lying west of a line drawn between the southeast corner of Block 43, said plat, and the northeast comer of Block 47, said plat, and lying east of a line drawn between the southwest corner of said Block 43 and the northwest corner of said Block 47 That part of the Alley in Block 47, "St. Louis Park Centre" which lies between the extension across it of the west line of Lot 44, Block 47, "Rearrangement of St. Louis Park", a replat of a portion of said Block 47, "St. Louis Park Centre", and the west line of said Block 47, "St Louis Park Centre". Section 3 The City Clerk is instructed to record certified copies of this ordinance in ice of the Hennepin County Register of Deeds or Registrar of Titles as the case may be Section 4. This Ordinance shall take effect fifteen days after its publication.
