LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. A petition in wnting signed by a majority of all of the owners of all property abutting upon both sides of the utility easement proposed to be vacated has been filed. The notice of said petition has been published, in the St. Louis Park Sailor, on Apnl 22, 2004, and the City Council has conducted a public hearing upon said petition and has determined that the utility easement is not needed for public purposes, and that it is for the best interest of the public that said utility easement be vacated. Section 2 The following descnbed street and utility easement, as now dedicated and laid out within the corporate limits of the City of St. Louis Park, is vacated. Rear 5 feet of Lots 4, 5, 6 & 7, Block 6, "Basswood", Hennepin County, Minnesota Section 3. The City Clerk is instructed to record certified copies of this ordinance in the Office of the Hennepin County Register of Deeds or Registrar of Titles as the case may be. Sec 4 This Ordinance shall take effect fifteen days after its publication.
