LOUIS PARK ORDINANCE CODE RELATING TO ZONING BY AMENDING SECTIONS 36-115 and 36-223(1) REGARDING CATERING THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN: Findings Sec. 1. The City Council has considered the advice and recommendation of the Planning Commission (Case No. 04-02-ZA) Sec 2 The St Louis Park Ordinance Code, Section 36-223(0 Office Distnct: Accessory Uses is amended to add the following - (6) Catering if accessory to a restaurant, food service, delicatessen or retail bakery with the condition that all vehicles used in connection with the catenng operation be stored within a building or screened area of aparking structure or in a legal off-site location The St Louis Park Ordinance Code, Section 36-115 Table 36-115A is amended as follows.
