LOUIS PARK HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING SALE OF CITY REAL PROPERTY TO EXCELSIOR & GRAND II, LLC WHEREAS, the St. Louis Park Economic Development Authority ("EDA") previously conveyed Lot 1, Block 1, Park Commons East 2nd Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota, to Excelsior & Grand II, LLC pursuant to the Development Contract between the parties. WHEREAS, it was subsequently discovered that the City owns a small portion of this property and the City needs to convey its interest in the property to complete the transfer to Excelsior & Grand II, LLC. WHEREAS, the City does not have any outstanding debt on this real property. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK ORDAINS: SECTION 1. The sale of the City's interest in Lot 1, Block 1, Park Commons East 2nd Addition, Hennepin County by Quit Claim Deed to Excelsior & Grand II, LLC is hereby authorized. SECTION 2.
