LOUIS PARK MUNICIPAL CODE CHAPTER 24: STREETS, SIDEWALKS AND OTHER PUBLIC PLACES THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN: SECTION 1. Chapter 24 of the St. Louis Park Municipal Code is hereby amended as follows: (*** denotes section breaks) *** Sec. 24-43. Obstructing sidewalks and public ways. No person shall leave or allow to be left any vehicle which obstructs any sidewalk or other public way of this city longer than is necessary for loading or unloading the same, unless granted a permit to do so by the city. Except for vehicles, no person shall leave or allow to be left any object on any street or other public way. Violation of this provision is declared a nuisance under section 12-31. *** Section 24-51. Sweeping leaves into street prohibited. No person shall sweep or otherwise deposit leaves, grass clippings or other yard waste onto any sidewalk, public property or public way. Violation of this provision is declared a nuisance under section 12-31. SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect fifteen days after its publication.
