LOUIS PARK ORDINANCE CODE RELATING TO ZONING BY AMENDING SECTION 36-163 POOL HOUSE BUILDINGS IN THE R-1 SINGLE FAMILY DISTRICT THE CITY OF ST LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN: Findings Sec. 1. The City Council has considered the advice and recommendation of the Planning Commission (Case No. 02-29-ZA). Sec. 2. The St. Louis Park Ordinance Code, Section 36-163 is hereby amended by adding underscored language. Section breaks are represented by ***. Sec. 36-163. R-1 single-family residence district. *** (e) Accessory uses *** (3) private swimming pool and tennis court in conformance with Sec 36-73; pool house building in conformance with the following conditions a. property must have an in -ground swimming pool that is larger in area than the pool house building. b the pool house cannot exceed 400 square feet in area and one story in height. c notwithstanding Sec. 36-162(c)7, the pool house must meet all pnncipal building yard requirements of subsection (f) of this section. d the building design and matenals shall be consistent with the principal building. e. the building may include a bathroom but shall not include kitchen facilities. f. the building cannot be designed or used as a dwelling unit or for any business use. *** Sec. 3 The contents of Planning Case File 02-29-ZA are hereby entered into and made part of the public heanng record and the record of decision for this case. Sec 4. This Ordinance shall take effect fifteen days after its publication.
