LOUIS PARK ORDINANCE CODE RELATING TO ZONING BY AMENDING SECTION 36-165(b)(3) State Licensed Residential Facilities In the R-3 Two -Family Residential District THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN. Findings Sec. 1. The City Council has considered the advice and recommendation of the Planning Commission (Case No. 02-04-ZA). Sec. 2. The St. Louis Park Ordinance Code, Section 36-165(b)(3) is hereby amended to read as follows: (3) State licensed residential facilities serving six or fewer persons per individual dwelling unit of a single-family or two-family dwelling. Sec. 3. The contents of Planning Case File 02-04-ZA are hereby entered into and made part of the public heanng record and the record of decision for this case Sec 4.
