AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ST. LOUIS PARK
ORDINANCE CODE RELATING TO ZONING BY
AMENDING SECTION 36-165(b)(3)
State Licensed Residential Facilities
In the R-3 Two -Family Residential District
THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN.
Findings
Sec. 1. The City Council has considered the advice and recommendation of the Planning
Commission (Case No. 02-04-ZA).
Sec. 2. The St. Louis Park Ordinance Code, Section 36-165(b)(3) is hereby amended to
read as follows:
(3) State licensed residential facilities serving six or fewer persons per individual
dwelling unit of a single-family or two-family dwelling.
Sec. 3. The contents of Planning Case File 02-04-ZA are hereby entered into and
made part of the public heanng record and the record of decision for this case
Sec 4. This Ordinance shall take effect fifteen days after its publication
