ORDINANCE NO. 2210-01
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING CONVEYANCE OF CITY -OWNED -LAND ALONG
THE SOUTH BOUNDARY OF THE WESTMORELAND PARK PLAT TO THE
ST. LOUIS PARK ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. The conveyance of city -owned land along the south boundary of the
Westmoreland Park Plat to the St. Louis Park Economic Development Authonty is hereby
authorized.
The property proposed to be conveyed is legally descnbed as follows:
That part of the plat of "Westmoreland Park", according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin
County, Minnesota lying southeasterly of the following descnbed line:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of the Southwest Quarter of Section 6, Township
28, Range 24, Hennepin County, Minnesota; thence on an assumed beanng of North 89
degrees 31 minutes 56 seconds West a distance of 783.73 feet along the south line of said
Southwest Quarter to the point of beginning of the line to be described; thence North 63
degrees 41 minutes 04 seconds East a distance of 850.92 feet to the west right-of-way
line of Natchez Avenue South and said line there terminating.
The transfer shall occur in accordance with the terms of a Development Agreement executed by
the City and the EDA dated July 23, 2001, on file with the City Clerk.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective fifteen (15) days after its passage and
publication.

SAN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING CONVEYANCE OF
- CITY PROPERTY TO THE ST. LOUIS PARK EDA
This ordinance states that the sale of city -owned property
along the south boundary of the Westmoreland Park plat
to the St Louis Park Economic Development Authonty
(EDA) is hereby authorized
The sale shall occur in accordance with the terms of a De-
velopment Agreement executed by the City and the EDA
dated July 23, 2001, on file with the City Clerk
This ordinance shall take effect 15 days after pubhcation
