AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ST. LOUIS PARK ORDINANCE CODE
CHANGING BOUNDARIES OF ZONING DISTRICTS
4330 SOUTH CEDAR LAKE ROAD
(Jewish Community Center)
THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. The St. Louis Park Zoning Ordinance adopted December 28, 1959,
Ordinance No. 730; amended December 31, 1992, Ordinance No. 1902-93, as heretofore
amended, is hereby further amended by changing the zoning district boundaries by reclassifying
the following descnbed lands from their existing land use district classification to the new land
use distnct classification as indicated for the tract as hereinafter set forth, to wit:
See Attached Legal Descnption - Exhibit A
from R-4 Multi -Family Residential to R-1 Single Family Residential
Section 2 This ordinance shall take effect fifteen days after its publication.

cated at 4330 South Cedar Lake Road shall be changed
from R-4 Multi -Family Residential to R-1 Single Family
Residential
This ordinance shall take effect 15 days after publication
