LOUIS PARK ORDINANCE CODE CHANGING BOUNDARIES OF ZONING DISTRICTS 1409 and 1413 COLORADO AVENUE SOUTH THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. The St. Louis Park Zoning Ordinance adopted December 28, 1959, Ordinance No. 730, amended December 31, 1992, Ordinance No. 1902-93, as heretofore amended, is hereby further amended by changing the zoning district boundaries by reclassifying the following described lands from their existing land use district classification to the new land use district classification as indicated for the tract as hereinafter set forth, to wit: Lots 7 and 8, Block 4, John A. Johnsons Addition from R4 Multi -Family Residential to C-2 General Commercial. Section 2 This ordinance shall take effect upon Metropolitan Council approval of associated Comprehensive Plan amendment.
