LOUIS PARK ORDINANCE CODE RELATING TO ZONING BY AMENDING SECTION 14:3-1 and TABLE 5-2.1A IN SECTION 14:5-2.1 THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN: Findings Sec 1 The City Council has considered the advice and recommendation of the Planning Commission (Case No. 00-62-ZA) Sec. 2 The St. Louis Park Ordinance Code, Section 14:3-1 and Table 5-2.1A in Section 14 5-2.1 are hereby amended to add the following: SECTION 14:3-1 DEFINITIONS Intoxicating liquor license (On -sale). An on -sale liquor license issued by the City Council which permits sale and consumption on the licenses premises of all types of legal liquor including spirits, wine, and malt liquor Wine and/or beer license (On -sale): An on -sale liquor license issued by the City Council which permits the sale and consumption on the licensed premises, of wine not exceeding 14% alcohol by volume; and/or 3.2 percent malt liquor; and/or intoxicating malt liquor.
