LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN: SECTION 1. The sale of .85 acres of property at 3554 Louisiana Avenue by the City to MSP SLP Apartments, LLC for a total sale pnce of $100,000 is hereby authonzed. The property is located at the southwest corner of Walker and Louisiana Streets on the north side of the Mill City Plywood site and is legally descnbed as follows: See Attached Schedule A The sale shall occur in accordance with the terms of a Redevelopment Agreement executed by Buyer dated Apnl 3, 2000 on file with the City Clerk. SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective fifteen (15) days after its passage and publication.
