LOUIS PARK ORDINANCE CODE RELATING TO ZONING BY AMENDING FLOOD PLAIN BOUNDARIES THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN: Findings Sec. 1. The City Council has considered the advice and recommendation of the Planning Commission (Case No. 98-4-ZA) Sec. 2 The St. Louis Park Floodplain District Map is hereby amended to incorporate changes in three locations in St. Louis Park where FEMA has officially changed its flood designations as shown on the attached Exhibit A - Flood Plain Amendment and Exhibit B - Flood Plain Amendment. Sec. 3. The contents of Planning Case File 98-4-ZA are hereby entered into and made part of the public hearing record and the record of decision for this case. Sec 4. This Ordinance shall take effect fifteen days after its publication. ATTEST.
