LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. That the annual budget of the City of St. Louis Park for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 1998, which has been submitted by the City Manager and reviewed by the City Council is hereby adopted; the totals of the said budget and the major divisions thereof being as follows.
